MINI DEALER KIOSK
MINI prides itself in being different than other car brands, which permeates through to the car buying experience. In select MINI dealerships, shoppers can interact with a dealer-specific iPad kiosk to compare MINI models, learn about the brand and then build their dream car, which they can send right to a motoring advisor.
While building this experience, I was responsible for:
Collaborating with our design director to map out the digital journey for shoppers and the retail implementation within the dealerships
Managing relationships with furniture, hardware and technical partners to ensure smooth rollout to retail locations
